Abstract
The invention provides a complex comprising a) a compound formula I: wherein R, X and n have any of the values described in the specification, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and b) a radionuclide. The complexes are useful as diagnostic agents and as therapeutic agents. The invention also provides methods and intermediates useful for preparing the complexes of the invention, as well as therapeutic and diagnostic methods.
