Abstract
A novel compound 4H-indeno[4,5-D]-1,3-dioxole, 3A,5,6,7,8,8B-hexahydro-2,2,6,6,7,8,8-heptamethyl is dislosed as well as the use of the compound as a fragrance chemical. The fragrance compound is suitable for use in creating fragrances, and scents in items such as perfumes, colognes and personal care products.
