Abstract
A fibre laser comprises a fibre light guide () having an active medium, a laser as pumping source () and a first pair of Bragg gratings () forming a first resonator (). The first pair of Bragg gratings () resonates the pump laser () and there is provided a second pair of Bragg gratings () resonating at the output wavelength of the fibre laser.
