Abstract

A method and apparatus for cell reselection during transmission of data between a mobile station and a network through a first cell of a plurality of cells, each of the plurality of cells defining a corresponding radio coverage area. A control stack () organizes the data within frames during the transmission of data, and an adjustment module () adjusts a size of the frames prior to detection that a second cell of the plurality of cells is a candidate for reselection.
