Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing monocyclic ketones C–C. The method of patent protection sought is based on the oxidation reaction of monocyclic alkenes C–Cinto corresponding monocyclic ketones with nitrous oxide or a mixture thereof with inert gas. The process proceeds at a temperature ranging from 20 to 350° C. and a pressure of the nitrous oxide ranging from 0.01 to 100 atm. The process provides a high selectivity involving the target product, blast-resistant work operations and is promising for industrial use.
