Abstract
A snowboard binding () that includes a part () that can move relative to a fixed part () and a manually actuated mechanism () for adjusting the position of and immobilizing the moveable part () relative to the fixed part (), wherein said mechanism includes an operating lever (), that is integral with the fixed part (), and a retractable locking piece () that is capable of moving through the effect of the movement of the lever (), between a position in which it is caught in a housing () chosen from a plurality of housings produced in the moveable part (), and a position in which it is retracted, thus allowing the moveable part () to move relative to the fixed part ().
