Abstract

A usermakes an inquiry through a billing institutionto a gene analyzing institutionretaining gene analysis information, and the billing institutiontransfers the gene analysis information received from the gene analyzing institutionto the userusing a routing address that was dynamically set. The gene analysis information is encrypted at the gene analyzing institutionin such a way that decryption at the billing institutionis infeasible. Since the gene analyzing institutioncannot identify the user, and the billing institutioncannot know the content of the gene analysis information, privacy of the usercan thus be protected.
