This micro relay comprises a body, a cover, an armature block. The body, which is made of silicon or glass, has an electromagnetic mechanism. The coveris also made of silicon or glass. The armature blockis made of silicon. The armature blockis composed of an armature baseand a frame. The framesurrounds an entire circumference of the armature baseand supports the armature basepivotally. The armature baseis cooperative with a magnetic materialon a surface of the armature baseto define an armature. A fixed contactsA,B,A,B and movable contactsA,B are selectively closed and opened by a pivot motion of the armature. And, the frameis directly bonded over its entire circumference to a peripheryof the bodyand to a peripheryof the coverto define a sealed space surrounded by the frameand closed between the bodyand the coverfor accommodating the armatureand the fixed contacts and the movable contacts.
