First and second polarized light beam splitterssplit non-polarized light L into p polarized light P and s polarized light Sand allow the p polarized light P to transmit in the same direction as that of the non-polarized light L, reflecting the s polarized light S. A light emitting apparatusemits one the s polarized light and the p polarized light that are split by the first and second polarized light beam splittersas first vertical polarized light having a vibration plane in an electric field substantially perpendicular to the ground and converts the other of the p polarized light and the s polarized light by first and secondwave platesfor converting a vibration plane in an electric field as second vertical polarized light having a vibration plane in an electric field substantially perpendicular to the ground for emission.
