A pin extends through the slot. A tongue element has a first opening for receiving the pin. A bottom jaw has a top handle and another opening for receiving the pin, wherein the tongue element engages one of the series of ridges, and wherein the top jaw and bottom jaw pivot about a first axis that extends though a longitudinal axis of the pin, and wherein the tongue element is moveable relative to the ridges to allow for engagement or disengagement with said ridges.
