Abstract
A metal separatorfor a fuel cell is configured such that, after forming through-holesandon a first separator memberand a second separator member, rising wall sectionsandare provided so as to be spaced apart from formed sectionsandfor introducing a gas by a predetermined distance L, the rising wall sectionof the first separator memberis fittingly inserted into the rising wall sectionof the second separator memberfor performing a positional alignment therebeween, and then, the rising wall sectionsandare folded to be caulked, whereby the first separator memberand the second separator memberare bonded to each other. A positional alignment between the first separator memberand the second separator memberbecome facilitative.
