Abstract
A valvecomprising a one piece valve bodyhaving an axial fluid boreand a rotatable fluid control element. The bodyincludes an integral bracketwhich provides an open access area between the bracketand the main bodyof the valve. A valve stemis disposed within a stem bore, andextending from the valve bodyto the bracket, and engaging the flow control element. A contiguous single piece gland flangesecures packingdisposed between a valve body boreand the stem. The stemincludes an enlarged shoulderwhich engages a contiguous single piece shear bushinghaving a diameter greater than the diameter of the stem bore, thereby preventing removal and/or blowout of the stemwithout prior removal of the shear bushing
