Abstract
A boosterextending in an internal areaof a sieveis attached to the outer circumferential face of a rotating shaft. The boosterhas four blades, which are radially extended from the outer circumferential face of the rotating shaftand are arranged at preset angles (for example, 90 degrees) to form a pi shape from the front view. The boosterhas multiple (for example, two) cross-shaped radial membersthat are arranged radially at a little angle (for example, 3 degrees) and are located on both ends of the rotating shaftvia a preset space, the bladesthat are set in and fixed to the respective ends of each of the radial membersand are inclined at a preset angle to the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and sheet-like scrapersthat are attached to the bladesto be a little projected outward in the radial direction. The end of each scraperfaces the inner circumferential face of the sieveacross a little gap. Each of the radial members 81 has a round openingon the center thereof to receive and fix the rotating shaftpassing therethrough.
