Abstract
Compounds of formula (I): wherein Ris hydroxyl or sulfonamide derivative; Ris t-butyl or —CH—C(CH)or —CH-cyclopentyl; Ris t-butyl or cyclohexyl and Ris cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are described as useful as inhibitor of the HCV NS3 protease.
