Abstract

A radiator casing () on a bumper () of a vehicle, particularly of a motor car, is achieved using a mounting such that the radiator casing () is movable, be means of bearings () arranged on both sides of the radiator, on a swivel axis () disposed transversely to the direction of travel, on the one hand downwards diagonally with respect to the direction of travel into a stop position and after reaching the stop is pivotable in the direction of travel into a lockable basic position and on the other hand in the event of a collision is movable into and unlockable in a deflected position which can be moved back in the opposite direction to the direction of travel.
