Abstract

The invention relates to apparatus for controlling the flow rate of a fluid in tubing (), said apparatus () comprising at least one hole () passing through the wall of said tubing and a moving shutterjacket () mounted to engage said hole. According to the invention, said apparatus further comprises deflector means () covering said jacket and said hole so that said deflector means directs the fluid through the wall of said tubing.
