Abstract
A brake system having a master cylinder () actuated by a moving piston () that is fixed to a moving partition () in a booster (). Piston () has a front face () that acts on a primary piston () of the master cylinder () by way of a reaction disk () located between a rear end of the primary piston (). The front face () has a feeler () that is fixed to a control rod () of the booster () and comes into contact with the reaction disk () to transmit a reaction force from the master cylinder () to the control rod (). The front end () of the feeler () includes at least one stud () which projects parallel to the axial direction and engages the reaction disk () to provide for proportionality between the force that is transmitted between the control rod () and the force exerted on the primary piston ().
