Abstract

The present invention relates to the use of a silicone surfactant of alkyl dimethicone copolyol type of formula: in which:PE=(—CHO)(—CHO)—H,x=0 to 50,y=0 to 30, x and y not simultaneously being 0,o=1 to 100,m=1 to 40,n=1 to 200,p=1 to 17 andq=1 to 5,in the preparation of a solid water-in-oil emulsion comprising an aqueous phase emulsified by the said surfactant in a fatty phase comprising at least one oil and at least one wax. The invention also relates to a solid emulsion of water-in-oil type, in particular a transfer-free foundation, such as the emulsion defined above.
