Abstract

Data output from a DSP () is subjected to pixel number adjustment and temporarily stored in a memory (). Here, two adjacent pieces of video data are weighted in accordance with a difference between the data input and the display sampling cycle, so as to create new data. Even when video data and a display () have a different number of pixels, it is possible to minimize deterioration of the video data image when displayed.
