A film-integrated gasket comprising a resin film and an adhesive rubber layer directly molded on the resin film. The adhesive rubber layer is molded from addition reaction type silicone rubber. The adhesive rubber layer can have a reduced thickness and can prevent positional alignment failure, making it suitable for a thin seal that can be used in a fuel cell, a secondary battery, a condenser, etc. without contamination of electrolytic solution, catalyst, etc. used in the cells.
