Abstract

The invention relates to a device for positioning a biological sample analysis plate on an observation device comprising an observation lens and a chassis having a plate support assembly []. This assembly comprises a first frame [] and a second frame [] able to slide in a plane perpendicular to the observation axis, assumed to be vertical, with the first and second frames each able to move in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the other frame; and a third frame [] supported by the second frame [] by means [] used to maintain said third frame in a plane perpendicular to the observation axis, while leaving the movement free in a vertical plane.
