Abstract
An active inductor circuit (L) includes first (T) and second (T) terminals for coupling to respective external terminals (Hi,Lo), said first and second terminals being coupled to a first transconductance circuit (gm), a second transconductance circuit (gm) and a feedback circuit (fb) included in said active inductor circuit. An output terminal (OUT) of said first transconductance circuit (gm) is coupled to an input terminal of said second transconductance circuit (gm), an output terminal (OUT) of said second transconductance circuit (gm) is coupled to an input terminal (IN) of said first transconductance circuit (gm) via said feedback circuit (fb), and said active inductor circuit further including a capacitor (C) coupled between said output terminal (OUT) of said first transconductance circuit (gm) and said second terminal (T).
