Abstract

A connection member for a fluid line () defining a fluid duct () with stranded signal conductors (and) in the wall () thereof for the transmission of electrical signals. The connection member has a female socket into which the fluid line () may be inserted and in which at least one signal contact (and) is arranged, which at the end may stick into the at least one signal conductor (and). The penetrating part () is constituted by a knife edge () whose width is equal to the diameter of the signal conductor (and) to be contacted and which splits the signal conductorand) on penetration from the end into an outer and an inner line limb.
