Abstract

A housing () is formed with an insertion path () for an FFC (). Thick gel plates () are mounted on front and rear surfaces of the FFC () beforehand. The gel plates () are pushed into an entrance () to the insertion path () as the FFC () is inserted, thereby providing sealing at a place where an end portion of the FFC () is inserted into the entrance (). The gel plates () adhere well even to corners of the FFC () to display a waterproof function. Therefore, the FFC () can be used at a place exposed to water.
