Abstract
A piezoelectric actuator includes a vibration plate, a common electrodeformed on the vibration plate, a piezoelectric elementformed on the common electrode, a crystal control layerformed on the piezoelectric element, a separate electrodeformed on the crystal control layer, and an electrode lineformed on the piezoelectric element. The crystal control layeris formed in the displacement region. The crystalline structure of a piezoelectric elementin the displacement region is a perovskite structure, and that of a piezoelectric elementin the wiring region is a pyrochlore structure.
