Abstract
A ceramic capacitor has at least one dielectric layer and at least two electrodes having the dielectric layers therebetween. The dielectric layer includes a sintered body of ceramic grains containing a primary component of a perovskite crystal structure in a form of ABOand a ratio A/B of outer portions of the ceramic grains is greater than that of an inner portions thereof.
