Abstract

A pair of projection elementsare formed on the opposite sides of an inner link. Each projection elementis formed with a cutout recess. A fitting shaft part, which is formed on each end of an abutment shaft, is inserted into the cutout recessthrough an open part thereof and turnably fitted to a bottom part of the cutout recess. A second abutment partof a coiled springis abutted with an enlarged-diameter partof the abutment shaft. The abutment shaftis biased towards the bottom side of the cutout recessfrom the open part side thereof by the coiled spring
