Abstract
A capacitor includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and a dielectric layer sandwiched between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the dielectric layer includes Pb(ZrTiM)O(where M is at least one material selected from Nb, Ta, and V, and x+y+z=1).
