Abstract
A probe coil for an NMR apparatus using a flexible organic polymer substrate on which a magnesium 2-boride superconductor is formed by a vacuum vapor deposition method, the organic material for the substrate containing no hydrogen atoms or containing heavy hydrogen atoms with which all or part of the hydrogen are substituted.
