Abstract
A moisture detection sensor includes a resonant circuit composed of an antenna coiland a capacitor C. A noncontact tag composed of covering materialsandcovers the resonant circuit. The capacitor C has a pair of electrodesandand a dielectricinterposed between the electrodesand, and the covering materialcontains a through-holethat allows the liquid to infiltrate into the dielectricfrom outside.
