The present invention relates to antifungal and antibacterial activity of processedproducts, as well as from various fractions of extracts from these processed products and the. plant, and related methods to determine mean inhibitory concentrations. In particular, the present invention relates to ethanol, methanol and ethyl acetate extracts from. and their inhibitory activities on common fungi and bacteria and the identification of mean inhibitory concentrations.
