Abstract
In a venting device for a fuel tank (), a venting line () has a movable section () and a spring element (). The free end of the venting line () is prestressed against an upper wall of the fuel tank (). This ensures that a valve () which is arranged at the free end of the venting line () is always arranged in the vicinity of the upper wall of the fuel tank ().
