Abstract
The enzyme Lp-PLAin purified form, an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding Lp-PLA, the use of an inhibitor of the enzyme Lp-PLA2 in therapy and a method of screening compounds to identify those compounds which inhibit the enzyme.
