A tool () of the apparatus () rotates around the tire () for forcing one of the beads of the tire () between the seats of the wheel (). Inner () and outer () concentric members are operably connected relative to one another for inflating the tire () mounted about the wheel (). An activator () is connected to the outer concentric member () for moving the outer concentric member () telescopingly relative to the inner concentric member () to form a fluid passage (). A carriage mechanism () is connected,to the inner () and outer () concentric members for reversibly moving the same between an isolated position () and the tool ().
