Mobile configuration feature codes are communicated to mobileby communications channelwhich can comprise RF wireless transmission over a mobile communication network. Feature codes are transmitted to mobileby way of a Short Message System (SMS) or an Internet protocol-based Over-the-Air (IOTA) protocol.
