Abstract

A cart () facilitates collection, storage and distribution of folding warning lines (). The cart () includes a framework () with a rolling support () to allow mobility and a stabilizer () to engage a work surface. The framework () has a handlebar (), which enables the framework () to be tilted rotationally about the rolling support () and pushed. The framework () has a storage area () located between first and second sides () and for receiving rigid members () of the folding warning lines (). A plurality of notches () defined in a top member () and a plurality of slots () defined in a bottom member () of the framework () are adapted to receive and constrain the rigid members () in the storage area (). The framework () has a holder () adapted to hold a flaccid member () of the folding warning lines (). When the framework () is in an immobile position, the first and second sides () are at a retention angle to gravitationally hold the rigid members () in the storage area (). A retainer () constrains the rigid members () when the framework () is mobile.
