Abstract
Light-emitting substance-coated phosphor particles and light-emitting devices employing phosphor particles and light-emitting substances are provided. Also provided are light-emitting devices employing a layer of phosphor material that is covered by at least one layer of light-emitting polymers and/or light-emitting small molecules, and methods of making same.
