The present invention provides 2-thia-1,6,8-triaza-naphthalene-2,2-dioxide inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases, uses thereof and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. These compounds are useful for treating cell proliferative disorders, such as cancer, atherosclerosis, and restenosis.
