Abstract
In a longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, in particular for an automobile seat, having a first seat rail, a second seat rail that can be made to slide relatively to the first seat rail, rollers () arranged between the two seat rails, and at least one ball retainer () for retaining the rollers (), the rollers () are arranged at irregular intervals (a,b) in the rails' longitudinal direction.
