Abstract
The split end removing device () is a removable attachment () for a haircutting machine (). This split end removing device includes first and second parallel hair strand guiding sections () and a third hair strand guiding section () removably positionable in a working position (A) between the first and second sections (). The parallel sections () are formed so that a hair strand () placed under the first and second sections () is grasped from below by the third section () in its working position and the attachment () is held fixed on the haircutting machine () so that only split ends () are cut away from the hair strand.
