Abstract

The present invention provides a composition of matter having the structure:where Q is a multi-valent organic moiety containing isocyanurate functionality; X is H, —CHOH, or —CHOR'; R′ is an alkyl or aryl group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; and y is at least 2. Also provided is a curable composition containing the composition of matter.
