The construction machinecomprises a memoryfor storing operating information, information amount discrimination meansto discriminate if the operating information stored in the memoryreaches a fixed amount, information readout meansfor reading out the operating information when the operating information stored in the memoryreaches the fixed amount, and a transmission sectionfor transmitting the operating information read out. The management apparatuscomprises a reception sectionfor receiving the operating information transmitted from the construction machine, a memoryfor storing the operating information received, and data processing meansfor carrying out data processing relative to the operating information.
