Abstract

To provide a cable protection and guide device, which suppresses wear powders and can be used without being contaminated even in a clean room or reduced-pressure environment, and in which even if link frame bodies are twisted each other, the mutual connection of the link frame bodies is not disconnected and connection and incorporation of the link frame bodies can be simply, reliably performed. In a cable protection and guide device in which a large number of rectangular link frame bodieseach comprising a pair of spaced link plates, and connecting platesbridged over a bending inner circumferential side and a bending outer circumferential side of the pair of link platesrespectively are articulately connected to each other by connecting pinsand connecting pin holesformed in the link plates, the link frame bodiesare composed of a fluorine resin molded product and even if the link frame bodiesare twisted each other, the connecting pinhas pin length enough to maintain the fit into the connecting pin hole
