The present invention refers to a crystalline material that does not contain fluorides, with a composition in a roasted state corresponding to that of the material called ITQ-17 and that has a composition on an anhydrous base and in terms of oxide moles upon being synthesized, unroasted, represented by:XO:(1−)YOGeOROwherein: It also refers to a process for synthesizing said material, as well as to the material obtained by said process and subjected to a step of post-synthesis to eliminate the organic component from its structure.
