Abstract

An opening and closing device includes a rotor pressed by a rotor spring and a reverse-rotor pressed by reverse-rotor spring, of which rotor cam and reverse-rotor cam are respectively placed at a certain position of stator cam. With this construction, rotor is urged in an opening direction in the opening condition and urged in a closing direction in the closing condition with respect to stator. A release cam pushes the reverse-rotor cam by moving a releaser along an axis, so that the device opens.
