The invention concerns a toothbrush (), elongated in shape, comprising bristles (), and arranged to have on a horizontal flat support () at least a stable equilibrium position wherein the longitudinal direction of the toothbrush is substantially parallel to the support and the bristles () extending at some distance from the support and towards the support.
