Abstract

There is disclosed an isolated or substantially pure form of a nucleic acid molecule encoding a human 5-HTreceptor, which 5-HTreceptor preferably comprises the sequence illustrated in FIG.B. Also provided by the invention are expression vectors incorporating said nucleic acid molecule in addition to transgenic cells, tissues or organisms transfected with the nucleic acid molecule.
