Abstract

This invention is intended to provide an information processing apparatus and method, a recording medium, and a program in which, on the basis of a first script for executing the processing for playing a game, a second script for causing the opponent of the game to execute the processing is generated as well as data indicative of game progress status and the generated second script and data are stored in an electronic mail to be sent to the opponent of the game. Consequently, the game players can proceed with a game via a network without always being connected thereto.
