Abstract
A suction generating device for a sample analysis device is provided. The device comprises four parts, namely, a cover plate, a middle plate, a bottom plateand an operation plate. A protruding portionfor compressing the suction generating chamber is formed in an approximately center portion on the lower side of the operation plate, a protruding portionfor operation is formed in an approximately center portion on the upper side of the operation plate. A cavityfor inserting the sample analysis device therein is formed in an approximately center portion in the bottom plate; and a holefor light irradiation is punched in a determined portion in the cavity. A concave portionfor fitting the operation platetherein is formed in the middle plate, and a window sectionis formed in the center of the concave portionto let the lower protruding portionon the operation plateprotrude therethrough. A window sectionis formed in the cover plateto let the upper protruding portionon the operation plateprotrude therethrough.
