Abstract

A dispensing closure () for a drinks container, having a closure body (), the passage opening () of which is in communication with the outlet opening of the container, a closure element () and a flexible dispensing tube (). A pinch member () is arranged on the closure element (), and a mating holder () is arranged on the closure body (). A cover () of the closure body () has a stepped stub () with an outlet opening () for the flexible dispensing tube (). The flexible dispensing tube () is matched to the stub (). An annular shoulder of the flexible dispensing tube () bears against an annular stop face () of the flexible tube holder () and is widened by an annular bead () which engages in an annular groove () of the second step (). The flexible dispensing tube () covers the annular shoulder (). When the closure element is being closed, the head plate () can be fitted over the flexible tube holder (), in such a manner that the flexible dispensing tube () can be bent over by means of this pinch member ().
